PRISÃO DE NICTOFÓBICOS
Nictofobia means fear of the dark. Inside this installation, designed to look like a tiny prision, light comes in only by little holes placed at the box's top. In case this light entrance is blocked, all the little beings begins to show their fobias. From outside, it is possible to listen to a restless and irregular flounder, which becomes even more desperate as the light is barred from entering. The desperation's intensity - going on inside the prision - shines outside, ironically as light pulsing at the same intensity in with each flounder beats the walls.
A 25 LDRs (photoresistors) energy matrix evaluates the shadow's position in the top of the box and starts the engines that beats the box's walls. A piezo receives those beats' vibrations and a lamp, which lights itself when the interaction begins, pulses it's intensity at the same time the piezo receives the vibrations.
